Dr Zhang received his PhD from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2019, and then worked as a research scientist at Worcester Polytechnic Institute while as a postdoctoral researcher at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2019 to 2023. Dr Zhang has focused on energy technology for more than 10 years, and has published more than 40 research papers on the journals of Nature Communications, Nano Energy, Journal of Energy Chemistry, and Journal of Power Sources.
